What is the suggested height and max load ?
Height Range: 5'2-6'4. Max Load: 264.55lb（120kg）
What is the max range? What is battery’s life? How can I maintain the battery?
Assist Max range: 34.2 mi/60 km.Battery rated for 300 charge cycles（Battery efficiency down to 80%）. (Approx 5-6 hours per charge session). Battery Maintain: Charge battery at least once a month if you plan to not use E-bike on a regular basis.

Can I change the max speed? Is the set max speed legal in my country?
Max speed of T1 is 25 km/h (15.53 mph), for sake of safety, you can’t change the max speed setting. We set max speed according to local law/regulations.

I buy the A16 . I was verry exacted to have it for commute.
Than was verry difficult with the specs.
Than engine run 15 km /h instead 25 .i need one week to wait. For the online response and get help, than. Bike don’t ride 55km/33 mile at is advertised. You guys are a fraud!!!
This bike is a bad luck is only2 months old and I wish I can take my money back. I really don't know why everything was so bad from the start.

I’ve been using the DYU T1 for two weeks now and I’m honestly very impressed! It’s a solid and reliable e-bike — perfect for commuting, errands, or just casual rides. The folding design makes it super convenient for storage and transport, especially if you live in a smaller space like I do.
The pedal assist is smooth, and the motor power feels strong enough for hills and longer rides. The ride is comfortable, the build feels sturdy, and I’ve had no issues at all so far. The battery life is also great — I’ve done several trips without needing to charge right away.
Overall, I’m really happy with this e-bike. It’s worth the price and has made my daily routine a lot easier. Highly recommended!

I was in need of two folding bikes and I thought why not make them electric. Did quite a bit of research and got it down to two brands. While I was deliberating on the pros and cons and offer came through from DYU, Earth Day offer Buy one get One free, well that was it, ordered and they both very quick. We've (the wife and I) have been out quite a bit and they are a real doddle to ride the gears were set up correctly (no grinding) when changing, and the electric motor assist is just right for us with a power boost trigger if needed . Came with a rack and lights which was nice. I had them a month or so and more than happy. Downside the paint finish could be better but they'll get marked while in use anyway so not that bothered.

Easy to assemble, so far no issues with the bike. I am very happy with this bike. Not sure yet on the mileage I am getting on a charge as I am a lazy rider and the button throttle is very helpful.
