Is it possible to turn on A1F Pro with remote control?

The car can be locked with the remote control and unlocked with the remote control. This is one of the ways to prevent theft. But the bike cannot be started using the remote.

How do I get repaired?

How/Where can I replace/buy parts/accessories?

Parts covered by warranty are free! For parts not covered by warranty or accessories, please contact our customer service.

How can I make installment payment? Can I pay cash on delivery?

Good little bike.

Arrived yesterday. Unfortunately there was an issue but excellent customer services sent a video . I had to do a reset. Now fully working. Thanks for your help. I live in a steep hilly area. OK, this bike stuggles on the steepest 20degree hill but on a gentle slope is good

Love bike but confused and lack of instructions

Great company very helpful and the bike is amazing but we cannot work out how to cruise on it without peddling? We have tried throttle only and it stops? the three modes make it easier to peddle but nothing I try makes the bike go along by itself please can someone advise? and also is this bluetooth enabled as its not detecting the bike on the app is there something I need to press?

Need help

Hi all I received my DYU A1F today so excited unpacked it and set it up and put it on charge. Took it out for a try and it doesn't seem to work right feels hard to peddle and I've tried all 3 mode with no difference and when I press the throttle it slows down. I'm wring this review to see if I can get any help. Thank you
