The ebike which I received on 29th of August has a number of issues as mentioned below.
* First of all, on the bike, there are marks of rust and scratches, and it looks like an old cycle.
* It has speeds issue as on description shows it will go with the speed 25km/h, but it does not go above 15km/h and the bike stops working as we go up on the hill, because I live in a hill area, so feel if it works like that, I have no benefit of this.
* The bell of the bike is broken. It seems no inspection is done before sending the bike.
* Light of the bike is not working.
* On the website description, it is mentioned that with one full charge, it will go for around 50 km, but for me on full charge, it goes only 18 km maximum.
I tried to contact you through the website but did not get any response.

I purchased this bike for my husbands birthday. He is suffering back pain with sciatica and unable to walk too far, becoming a little tetchy and moody. I hoped this would lighten his mood... I cant say how pleased i am and he clearly likes the new bike... An absolute fun piece of kit. Fits easily in our motorhome and excellent battery life.

There fast easy put together. Within a week I have crashed into a bollard and broken 3 ribs. The throttle is just a lil too easy to turn.

Not sure about parts quantity.
Have replace both brakes within month.
When i ordered brakes its toook 18/19 says to arrive
