Can I unlock the speed limit?

DYU does not recommend lifting the speed limit as it would violate local laws and cause injury.

What is the max range? What is battery’s life? How can I maintain the battery?

Assist Max range: 37 mi/60 km.Battery rated for 300 charge cycles（Battery efficiency down to 80%）. (Approx 4-5 hours per charge session). Battery Maintain: Charge battery at least once a month if you plan to not use E-bike on a regular basis.

How/Where can I replace/buy parts/accessories?

Parts covered by warranty are free! For parts not covered by warranty or accessories, please contact our customer service.

Can I change the max speed? Is the set max speed legal in my country?

Max speed of C2 is 25 km/h (15.5 mph), for sake of safety, you can’t change the max speed setting. We set max speed according to local law/regulations.

Can I get a receipt?

DYU is legal to sell our E-bikes in your country. We can provide you receipt. Please contact our customer service and share us your email.

The A5

I bought two A5 bikes on a very good deal and they haven’t failed to impress. They came very well packed and were easy to put together. Both bikes have been run on the hills of Cornwall which they took in their stride. They are well made and sturdy and have been a joy to ride. I would recommend these bikes to anyone looking for a fold up bike.

I’ve had my bike 2 weeks now , and I love it, I haven’t been able to drive since July due to my health , and this bike has given me my life back, It’s ideal for me to get around town, the and do what I need to do on a daily basis., it’s also another way to get my steps in, hills and distance are not a problem for casual cycling upto 15.3mph + 37.3 miles distance on a full charge.
The build is strong and well engineered everything about the bike is quality I would definitely recommend it .
