What is the maximum torque of the Stroll 1? Can I change this torque?
The peak torque of the Stroll 1 can reach 32 Nm. We do not recommend personal modifications to increase the torque.
Does the Stroll 1 have a throttle? Can I disable the throttle?
The Stroll 1 does not have a throttle and fully complies with EU road regulations.
Can I get approval for a refund when I need it?
Of course. When you need a refund, you should prepare the bike for return. You can return the bike within 14 days after receiving it, no questions asked, though there are some special exceptions. You can visit our after-sales page for more details.
What Is The Max Range? What Is Battery’s Life? How Can I Maintain The Battery?
Assist Max range: 100 km.Battery rated for 300 charge cycles（Battery efficiency down to 80%）. (Approx 6-7 hours per charge session). Battery Maintain: Charge battery at least once a month if you plan to not use E-bike on a regular basis.

This bike is very good but a few problems imo …
I replaced the handle bars as they’re useless you need grip . I also changed the stem as I think on ebike it’s better to sit up as you’re going less work .
It’s a good bike until something goes wrong as the manufacturers have fully tightened all the screws in dry with a drill so when something needs replaced like the disc rotas I’ve ended up wearing the screws .
I did do a good short review on my YouTube WoodyWanderer when first got bike .

My DYU Stroll bike is perfect for commuting, very agile and makes short work of hills. The build quality is solid and the design is sleek and modern. The online reviews (look out for discount codes!) sold it for me along with the UK website with spares suggesting great support unlike other very similar bikes.
When I first received the bike, one small part was missing (mud guard clip). I reached out to DYU customer service, and they were incredibly responsive. Not only did they promptly ship out the missing part, but they also included a second charger for free as a gesture of goodwill. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days and really impressed me.
Overall, I’m super happy with my purchase. Great bike, excellent ride, and amazing customer support. Highly recommend!

What can I say about this bike, if you a looking for a good quality bike look no further. Good battery, very light and very enjoyable to ride. Front light is also very bright at night. This is the only ebike I have used that I can actually peddle without even using the assist mode and still enjoy riding. There are 3 assist levels to play with my I set it on 2 so I can get some exercise from it. Am pleased. Thank you

Looks like a regular understated road bicycle with the advantage of UK road legal e-cycle motor assist. Build quality is good and the battery with a good range can be charged on bike or easily removed to charge off bike / swap out.
