After a protracted delivery process (Not currently available in uk had to have delivered to an european address) finally had bike delivered. Well packaged looks well when built up which is fairly straight forward except for mud guard stay and rear brake which seem to foul. Back brake required adjustment as it was rubbing which proved a little fiddly. This is my first ebike bought for easy transport and storage plus taking on trains when traveling with work. It is a little heavy and awkward to carry but a velcro strap helps it stay together. Riding is effortless and a nice experience the motor allowing you to glide up hills not tested range first light goes out after 5 miles but battery only on second charge. Quality is reasonable not sure how good some of the nuts and bolts are however fit and finish excellent. Draws positive comments and questions from passers by. Thumb throttle included for pedal free riding a bit of fun but illegal in uk. Other than delivery (for which DYU did offer a discount) very pleased and would recommend Also feels special as its one of only a few in uk.

But if you’re simply looking for an affordable, simple e-bike for the city that won’t take up too much room in an apartment, yet provides more features than the cheapest Amazon e-bikes, then DYU might just have what you’re looking for.
Whether you’re looking for a cheap ride, a ride for your kid or you just really appreciate this bike’s quirky looks, the DYU D3F is a solid choice for few dollars. Our impression is that it’s mostly a toy — best used for having fun over function — but it may also be a good option for those looking for affordable transportation.
Riding the DYU is actually much more comfortable than I expected. The bike uses a double shock-reducing system including a suspension seatpost and thick tires. It can smooth out rough terrain pretty well, so I can ride it on paved road for more than 30 minutes without feeling significant discomfort.
During an extensive test, the DYU King recorded an impressive 30.94 miles with nearly 8,000 feet of elevation. What's even more remarkable is that its average speed remained at 25 miles per hour throughout the test. With such a range and speed, it's no wonder they call it the King.

My first electric bike...I was nervous about it at first but now I absolutely love it. I have always cycled and am very comfortable on a bicycle but as I'm getting older my normal Racer is hard work...now I'm flying up hills. Fantastic bike.
