Can I unlock the speed limit?
DYU does not recommend lifting the speed limit as it would violate local laws and cause injury.
What is the max range? What is battery’s life? How can I maintain the battery?
Assist Max range: 37 mi/60 km.Battery rated for 300 charge cycles（Battery efficiency down to 80%）. (Approx 4-5 hours per charge session). Battery Maintain: Charge battery at least once a month if you plan to not use E-bike on a regular basis.
How/Where can I replace/buy parts/accessories?
Parts covered by warranty are free! For parts not covered by warranty or accessories, please contact our customer service.
Can I change the max speed? Is the set max speed legal in my country?
Max speed of C2 is 25 km/h (15.5 mph), for sake of safety, you can’t change the max speed setting. We set max speed according to local law/regulations.
Can I get a receipt?
DYU is legal to sell our E-bikes in your country. We can provide you receipt. Please contact our customer service and share us your email.

Hi great ebike but purchased believing it was a 250w as per UK LAW . But found it is a 360w which is illegal in the UK

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. Their customer services are terrible; take days to reply and when they do they reply in 1 sentence replies. No hello, no name, just like they're texting. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I ordered a bike and they FAILED to deliver it. They use Yodel (who neither have a functional telephone number nor a REAL customer service. It has been just under a month and I have had NO bike delivered and NO refund. I have contacted my bank and they are investigating these scammers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible customer service, thieves!

I bought two A5 bikes on a very good deal and they haven’t failed to impress. They came very well packed and were easy to put together. Both bikes have been run on the hills of Cornwall which they took in their stride. They are well made and sturdy and have been a joy to ride. I would recommend these bikes to anyone looking for a fold up bike.

The DYU A5 is such a great small bike. It does everything that I needed. Simple to fold and place in my small cars boot. Take it out and within a minute I am ready to go. Just what I needed for my wildlife photography.
Shame about the customer service. Before I purchased I asked if the speedo could be changed from Km/hour to MPH/hour. I was told yes and was given the instruction how to do this. This was not the case when the bike arrived I tried the settings I was given, only to find they were incorrect. I also had a problem with the small tool kit that came with the bike. The first peddle I went to tighten the spanner bent even before the peddle was tight. I emailed customer services expecting to get a replacement, but all I got was several emails saying all the spanners in stock are all ok, it must be you using it wrong. After a dozen or so emails I gave up thinking what poor service for a company that can produce such an excellent product as the DYU A5.
