Excellent customer service, bikes arrived within 24 hrs of ordering them. Sadly one of the inner tyres proved faulty and we are still waiting for the replacement a few weeks later! Great bike for short journeys, small, compact and light enough in weight to go on the back of our campervan. Would highly recommend!

I bought this mini bike so that I could easily put a bike in the boot of my car and go out on rides in different places. The bike is a nice size and with the folding handlebars and pedals, it can easily fit in my car.
I bought the bike on a great deal as part of their summer promotion, meaning it was essentially the cheapest e-bike in the UK. The bike is great. It comes in a double walled box and it is mostly assembled. It only takes a few minutes to unpack and then you can charge the bike and ride it. The only work that needs doing is attaching the pedals, seat, rear light and unfolding the handlebars, that's it. The front light is built in to the frame and the mudguards are already attached. It would have been nice if the design of the bike allowed for the rear light to be built-in too rather than a separate battery powered light.
My bike arrived with fully inflated tyres and the battery was mostly charged. I've done a few small trips, up to 5 miles each time, and I've only recharged the bike once. I weigh around 85kg and for me I would say I have managed at least 15-20 miles on a charge but this has included some inclines, which the bike does struggle a bit with, but the range would be further on all flat roads/cycle paths.
The bike does struggle with inclines a bit, but it still helps me get uphill and it is easier than riding a normal bike. The included seat post is a bit on the small side for taller people. I'm around 6ft 2/191cm and I found the seat at the highest setting while usable, was a bit low, so I ordered a cheap 400mm seat post online and now the bike is better to ride. The bike is quite comfortable to ride, as the seat has springs on it, so riding over small bumps is no problem.
The disc brakes on the bike are decent and seem well adjusted. No issues with the pads rubbing on other cheap bikes and the bike comes to a stop quickly.
One odd thing to note is that the bike has a 'twist n go' throttle, which isn't really legal to use in the UK, and there doesn't appear anyway to easily disconnect it. It would be good if DYU could do an updated version in which the throttle could be easily unplugged.
Overall I would definitely recommend this bike if you're interested in buying an e-bike but don't want to spend a lot of money!
